DigiTel Methodology

DigiTel delivers consistent, reliable, and efficient services across engagements because of our structured approach to consulting projects. We call it the DigiTel Engagement Methodology (DEM).

DEM consists of four phases that can be applied at any stage of a project:

Phase 1: Evaluation

We will identify processes and potential shortcomings, create a system profile and perform a needs analysis.

Phase 2: Recommendations

We will make our recommendations regarding system design, potential vendors and the RFP process.

Phase 3: Implementation

We will help you execute the recommendations.

Phase 4: Operation

We will then monitor the results and impact to the business, and act as single point of contact to eliminate your need to deal with multiple vendors.
